Ik kwam na een slechte ervaring bij een andere aanbieder bij TV Mate uit om het toch nog eens te proberen.Eerst 3 maanden afgesloten. De start was wat stroef omdat het automatische verbinding tussen betaling en mail bevestiging niet werkte. Maar na geduld ivm de feestdagen kon ik gelukkig gebruik maken van mijn abbonement.Deze heb ik uiteindelijk in maart verlengd met 6 maanden na een fijne ervaring. Nu deed de automatische mail het helemaal naar behoren! En ook toen ik appte of ze gewoon 6 maanden bij het account konden zetten ipv een nieuwe was dat geen probleem!Dus zeker een aanrader! Fijn contact per mail of whatsapp! Hoop dat ik er nog lange tijd gebruik van kan maken.

Nadat ik mij een abbonement voor 3 maanden had aangeschaft. Hebben ze mij nadien vlot geholpen om het aan te passen naar een jaarabonnement. En wanneer ik vragen had over mijn abbonement waren ze meteen bereikbaar om mij verder te helpen. Tot nu toe een zeer positieve ervaring.

Huge list of live channels with different qualities from 4K to SD. I could find any channel in any region and the streams were smooth with no buffering. There TV programs and EPG, films/series are pretty good. However, their support service if you want help is a bit slow as they take a while to answer your issue but eventually you do get the help you need. I am happy with their service. Sin embargo, su servicio de atención al cliente es un poco lento si necesitas ayuda, ya que tardan un tiempo en responder a tu consulta, aunque al final acabas recibiendo la ayuda que necesitas. Have had it up and running for a short while and in one word perfect!!, no buffering and very smooth which produces a fantastic result. Just on a side note I ditched Smarters Pro and download Plex which was also much better quality. So to sum up an amazing product with amazing rapid Customer service. I've tried a few iptv providers in the past and generally they fail to deliver. I got it mainly for the sports and very rarely have I encountered any buffering. Was a real pain trying to pay in the beginning but now straightforward.

The service it's good, very good communication and support with them just sometimes very hard to start because the channel list not coming but I use a mag box and this can be the problem but in general it's very good many countries channels and good price, I'm very satisfied

Il reste juste à regler un souci de contenu qui n'ai pas le même que celui que j'avais auparavant.Bonjour, je ne sais pas ce qui se passe depuis quelques temps chez Relax tv ? En effet, après une mise en relation et un echange par WhatsApp qui s'est formidablement bien passé, le service fonctionnait très bien. Mais il y a un hic depuis le mois de decembre 2025 les soucis sont apparus. Malgré mes nombreux messages toujours sur WhatsApp et ensuite par mail sur l'adresse contact, aucune réponse ni sur l'un ni sur l'autre. J'ai pu reussir à reparer le souci sur l'application tv, mais j'ai à nouveau depuis hier, un code erreur 458 qui bloque les chaînes. Je suis à la recherche d'un conseiller pour débloquer le problème et j'attends toujours. Je reste persuadé que la société est sérieuse mais malheureusement le service client s'est fortement dégradé depuis la prise de mon abonnement en septembre dernier. Si une personne bienveillante pouvait me contacter rapidement je reverrai aussitôt mon évaluation.

Great packages and good price for what you get, which is just about EVERYTHING. Great quality image and smooth stream with no cutting/freezing. The support and help is very professional and timely. The person i was talking to was very nice and will answer any question you have politely and take you step by step until you are up running. I just activated yesterday and i think if this is what to expect, i will be them for many years to come. Thank you again for everything. I will add a follow up review in the future.
