Pour commencer je vais faire un petit historique de mon expérience avec Relax.J'ai d'abord commencé frileux avec l'offre à 85€ qui inclue quand même une bonne garantie de fonctionnement mais concernant le flux on est nettement pas prioritaire et malgré avoir passé du temps sur l'application fournie (fait par leurs soin sur Android installé sur une Nvidia Shield) j'avais quand même pas mal de buffering et des chaines off mais quand même beaucoup moins que les autres IPTV éclatées.L'année s'est passsée avec quelques soucis de codes plus valables suite à une maj de leurs côté, le SAV de Relax a su être réactif même hors temps d'ouverture de leur service (11h - 21h annoncé sur Telegram). Le buffering reste quand même important et on sent que ce n'est pas l'offre qu'il faut.Une fois arrivé au terme de mon année je n'ai pas renouvelé immédiatement. En effet, je suis passé sur Canal + la Totale, donc la voie officiel durant 2 jours histoire de mettre à l'épreuve ce canal officiel.En résumé > C'EST ÉCLATÉ.L'application Canal+ est nulle, lente et même avec l'offre la Totale, les VOD doivent être achetés/loués. Je précise que l'offre est à 60€ euros par mois...À la suite de ça je suis donc revenu auprès de mon bon vieux Relax et j'ai cette fois ci pris l'offre à 115€.C'est.... le jour et la nuit. J'ai été franchement bluffé. Plus aucun buffering (même pour les chaines 4k) plus aucunes chaines off (du moins les 3 premiers jours). Puis j'ai constaté quand même certains groupe de chaînes off qui revenaient 2 jours après.Ce que je peux dire après ce changement d'offre c'est que j'ai bien fait de revenir chez Relax.J'ai fait la somme des offres si on veux tout avoir niveaux plateformes/directs/VOD/sports, c'est environ 120€/mois.La, pour 115 balles par AN > tu as tout. Certes ce n'est pas parfait mais ça reste une équipe réduite et on voit qu'ils s'arrachent pour faire quelque chose de propre. Je mets 5 étoiles parce que je sais que je pourrais pas avoir mieux dans le secteur francophone (pour le moment).Je vais donc émettre quelques suggestions d'améliorations :- Créer un canal de report de bug sur les espaces de diffusions (je pense notamment a l'APK Relax) - Créer un espace client webUI pour le suivi de ces tickets et faire un report de chaines off pour prévenir les équipes sans devoir leurs envoyer de message. - Faire en sorte de récupérer tous les flux de canaux audio (anglais notament) et sous titres surtout pour les chaines cinemas EN DIRECT (Canal etc..), qui l'ont systematiquement sur leurs plateforme officielles avec cette fonctionnalité car j'ai pu le tester lors de mon passage chez Canal+.Voilà c'est à peu près tout. L'année prochaine je prends l'offre à 140€ sans hésiter.Bisous.

I've tried a few iptv providers in the past and generally they fail to deliver. I got it mainly for the sports and very rarely have I encountered any buffering. Was a real pain trying to pay in the beginning but now straightforward.

Le Cha September 16, 2025Ik kwam na een slechte ervaring bij een andere aanbieder bij TV Mate uit om het toch nog eens te proberen.Eerst 3 maanden afgesloten. De start was wat stroef omdat het automatische verbinding tussen betaling en mail bevestiging niet werkte. Maar na geduld ivm de feestdagen kon ik gelukkig gebruik maken van mijn abbonement.Deze heb ik uiteindelijk in maart verlengd met 6 maanden na een fijne ervaring. Nu deed de automatische mail het helemaal naar behoren! En ook toen ik appte of ze gewoon 6 maanden bij het account konden zetten ipv een nieuwe was dat geen probleem!Dus zeker een aanrader! Fijn contact per mail of whatsapp! Hoop dat ik er nog lange tijd gebruik van kan maken.
Werkt gewoon goed. Snel geregeld en meteen klaar voor genruik. Fijne service👌

There TV programs and EPG, films/series are pretty good. However, their support service if you want help is a bit slow as they take a while to answer your issue but eventually you do get the help you need. I am happy with their service. Support was great, they helped with the payment process and with the installation and made some recommendations and tips on how to improve my experience. Highly recommended.

Its odd here in that it seems like the only reviews here are 5 stars or 1 star. I am in Canada and have been using these folks now for about 2 weeks. I cant say I have any real complaints as I have found the service to be just fine with very minimal buffering issues. I have recommended this service to a couple of friends since our other service got nuked and have not had any bad feedback as of yet.

Ik had er mijn twijfels over bij de aanschaf, dus een proefmaand afgesloten. Inmiddels al bijna een jaar abonnee en ben dik tevreden. Zeer breed aanbod van series/films en tv zenders. Zelfs al zit er soms een storing in, word die via de klantenservice snel verholpen. Zeker aan te raden!
Nadat wij iptv hadden gekocht, deed iptv 1 het goed naar iptv 2 wilde het helaas niet doen. Die man heeft 3 dagen zo zijn best gedaan, alles geprobeerd, super zijn best gedaan voor ons en jawel, ook iptv 2 doet het, wij zijn heel blij met alle hulp die ze bieden en natuurlijk met iptv. Miranda

Update : j'ai été contacté par une personne du service Relax tv et cela semble s'arranger avec le changements de codes. Je savais que la société été sérieuse (cf précédent avis) mais j'attendais une meilleure réactivité. Il semble que ce soit en bonne voie pour s'arranger. Il reste juste à regler un souci de contenu qui n'ai pas le même que celui que j'avais auparavant.Bonjour, je ne sais pas ce qui se passe depuis quelques temps chez Relax tv ? En effet, après une mise en relation et un echange par WhatsApp qui s'est formidablement bien passé, le service fonctionnait très bien. Mais il y a un hic depuis le mois de decembre 2025 les soucis sont apparus. Malgré mes nombreux messages toujours sur WhatsApp et ensuite par mail sur l'adresse contact, aucune réponse ni sur l'un ni sur l'autre. J'ai pu reussir à reparer le souci sur l'application tv, mais j'ai à nouveau depuis hier, un code erreur 458 qui bloque les chaînes. Je suis à la recherche d'un conseiller pour débloquer le problème et j'attends toujours. Je reste persuadé que la société est sérieuse mais malheureusement le service client s'est fortement dégradé depuis la prise de mon abonnement en septembre dernier. Si une personne bienveillante pouvait me contacter rapidement je reverrai aussitôt mon évaluation.

My old subscription to a different company had expired so a friend of mine recommended this site. Simple to set up, which being a techno idiot was important to me and off we go. Have had it up and running for a short while and in one word perfect!!, no buffering and very smooth which produces a fantastic result. Just on a side note I ditched Smarters Pro and download Plex which was also much better quality. So to sum up an amazing product with amazing rapid Customer service. Keep up the good work boys and girls, first class value for money.

svetlana grabskaya June 19, 2023Snel en goed geholpen bij installatie. Bij 2e contact weer goed geholpen want had een nieuwe TV en moest alles opnieuw aangemeld worden en zelfs op zondag stonden ze voor me klaar!
