If your post service is unable to locate your package after 4 week of being in transit, contact me in Etsy via message for a free replacement if not delivered within 4 weeks from the shipment date.

Returned packages due to failed delivery will be re-posted to you at an additional charge. ***I do not accept refunds or exchanges due to my printing providers' policies for any product in my store***. Please ensure to order the correct model phone case for your device by triple checking what you ordered versus what your phone model actually is. You can find your phone model details in the phone settings or on the box/receipt. All sales are final and due to the digital nature of my downloadable products and the impossibility of return and my printing providers' policies. 7. Items returned due to to failed delivery.
8. Order editing, changing of artwork, style of product.
